Educational approaces and their implementation
The child's development is to be understood as an education process from the outset. On the basis of this knowledge, we have aligned our pedagogical concept.
Our institution is a community based on democratic principles. Children need a safe model of norms and values, reliability and agreements to shape their lives. This feeling of security develops children in which they try themselves in a safe frame.
The group offers the children safety and continuity which are strengthened by rituals.
Respecting others, mutual aid, consideration and solidarity, but also delimitation, criticism and conflict capability are learned, applied and reflected through experiences in the group situation.
